Hard work pays!
Joel has risen from earning about $2 a day to nearly $66 a day. He wouldn't do that without determination. Would you imagine now a highly respected professional at one point hurting himself running wheelbarrows at a construction site? Joel hurt himself several times doing manual labour to earn a living.
